Luxury Online Mart - Refund & Return Policy

Return policy:

1. In case of home delivery (COD): If the PURCHASER receives the product at a damaged condition or inconsistent with ordered product, he may return it instantly to the delivery man. No delivery cost will be incurred for return.
If any claim arises after departure of delivery man, return of product will incur delivery cost. The claim for return must be communicated within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. In case of delivery by SA PARIBAHAN/ SUNDARBAN: Claim for return must be communicated within 3 days of receiving the product. Delivery cost for return may be applied depending on situation.

3. Free return will be applicable only for products a) received at damaged condition or b) inconsistent with ordered product or c) missed agreed time frame.

Refund Policy

1. Refund on valid ground will be made within 07-10 days of returning the product.
2. Refund request may be disqualified if the PURCHASER failed to receive delivery agent’s phone call or reschedule delivery.
